TRESPASS IN SOMALILAND.

Mr. Alan Ostler (special correspondent'of'the "Daily Express" in Somaliland) lias been arrested for travelling ill that territory without permission. (Rec. December 19, 1.20 a.m.) ■. London, December 18. Mr. Ostler crossed Somaliland in defiance of official warnings, ostensibly to investigate tho Mad Mullah's activities, and,the condition of the protected tribes. He was lined £183, with tho option of two months' imprisonment. Mr. Ostler declares that ho will not pay tho fine.
