Tho mine superintendent of the R-oss Cloldfields Reconstructed reports ae follows for the poet week:— Mine, No. 6 level, No. 2 ehoot: South drive from shoot driven to 144 feet during t-he» last few shifts; drlvft has been passing through wash, of lower value. East drive off south extended to 140' feet from the opening through wash of avcroce value. At a- distance of 96 feet from the opening a north drive has .been started and driven' 10 feet; also in wash about l.ito averages. Cnssius workings, south side: East driven to 108 feet from the line of the N. o.nd S., main drive in Caseius workings; wash has been-poor for the last few €eu?, but I expect it to show material improvement as it extends.
