The opinion is expressed that tho risKs Intended to cover are not marineperils. Tlio shipowners are doggedly determined to adopt the proposals.
In view of the frequency of strikes, tlss International Shipping federation has prepared now chums intended .to ho embodied in all bills of lading, fur tho purposo of conferring extended powers on shipowners, onahliiic; them to act in the interests of cargo-owners equally with themselves, the expenses incurred to fall jointly on tho owners of the ship and tho cargo.
