DECEASED PERSONS' ESTATES.

THE CURRENT LIST. On the motion of the solicitor to the Public Trust Office (Mr. J. W. Macdonald), the Supreme Court has granted to the Public Trustee probate of the wills of the following deceased persons : —Frederic John Virgin, late of lnglewood, farmer ; Jane Elizabeth Simpson, late of Wellington, spinster ; Karl Ritz, late of Hastings, nurseryman ; John King, late of Nelson, retired Civil Servant ; James Kershaw, late of Nelson, engineer ; William Holder, late of Greymouth, grocer ; George Charles Heenan, late of Pauk in Burma, geologist ; Honora Gilbert, late of Taihape, boardinghouse-keeper ; Isaac Dixon, late of Pukehou, stockman ; John Hunt Currie, late of Ross, baker ; Jurgen Peter Guthardt, late of Runanga, miner ; John Amer Jackson, late of Nelson, miner ; Thomas Christian Knudson, late of Kawakawa, farmer ; Sarah M'Crackin [McCrackin], late of Ross, widow ; Alexander Robertson, late of Lawrence, storeman.

Orders to administer have been granted to the Public Trustee by the Supreme Court in respect of the estates of the following deceased intestate persons:—Matthew Hunter, late of Mercer, farmer ; Augustus Hamilton, late of Wellington, Curator Wellington Museum ; John Young, late of Mataura, farmer ; Michele Rossi, late of Greymouth, settler ; John James Reeves, late of Auckland, teacher of navigation ; Peter Parry, late of Christchurch, carpenter ; Colin Campbell, late of Mangawai, farmer ; Pah Cheong, late of Auckland, settler ; John William Collin, late of Wellington, bootmaker ; George Harris, late of Auckland, quarryman ; James Hutton, late of Whetukura, farmer ; Susan Kershaw, late of Wellsford, married woman ; James M'Grath [McGrath], late of Ohaupo, labourer ; Hugh O'Donnell, late of Wanganui [Whanganui], farmer ; Elsie Edith Kate Strong, late of Wellington, married woman ; Thomas Wasley, late of Auckland, basketmaker.

An Order to Administer with will annexed has been granted in respect of the estates or the following deceased persons:—Mark Shephard Bannett, late of Owaka, farmer ; Thomas Bird, late of Hope, farmer ; Hannah Wightmore, late of Gisborne, widow.

Orders were made by the Court in respect of the following estates :— James Bowman, protection order ; Thomas Hope, order appointing new trustee ; James Fagan, order to sell ; Mary Stoffel, order appointing new trustee ; Thomas Kilborn Harrold, order to expend capital money ; Fanny Creery, order to sell.
