It is reported from Mexico City that tlio rebels have dynamited a St. Helena freight train, killing 103 soldiers and twenty women. Captain Do La, Pona, who was captured, had his ears cut oft and his eyes and tongue torn out bcfoi'o being shot. The Federals captured l onep dynamiter, and compelled him to sit on a stick or dynamite, which was then exploded, blowing him to pieces. PRESIDENT WILSON'S IMPERIALISM. (Rec.
