.PECULIAR LAW SUIT. By Telegraph—Pross Association-Copyright London, December 8. Mr. Hugh Form by, a well-known athlete and formerly tutor to Mr. Samuel Hill-Wood, is suing Mr. HillWood for £G0() per annum, winch tho latter settled on Formby i" 1000 to enable bim to marry. Mr. Hill-Wood's income is £15,000. Mr. Form by admits that in 1905 ho inherited an "estate valued at ,t<IO,GOO. Mr. Hill-Wood pleads undue influence, and also that tho inheritance invalidates the settlement.
