Paris, December S._ A Customs inspector at Feignis, whilst inspecting goods in a train, found a wagon filled with sacks of potatoes. His suspicions woro aroused, and ho discovered that tho supposed tubers were paekots of tobacco cleverly wrapped in iniitation potato skins. Six thousand packets were seized.
