Georgo Davis, whoso evidence indicted fifty-five members of tho International Iron Workers, has published l a remarkablo confession. Ho gives tho dates and places of numerous dynamite outrages, and details how he hired men, nt prices ranging from £2 to £40, to blow up bridges and viaducts. Ho used to cajry dynamite in suit-cases, regardless of tho public safety. He scrupulously refused to carry out any dynamiting involving the sacrifice of human lifo.
