Conditions attached to tho bonus require the associations to appoint- a special co-mmiUen of -not less than sis to open and fully consider entries, and, if necessary, get tho patentees is give demonstration!;. The appointment of this committee will ho tho work of Friday's meeting. Tho Government will require fourteen days' notice to appoint experts to sit with this committee, and together they will constitute the solo judges deciding .on tho merits of tin? various machines, and whether the whole or pari of tho bonus should bo awarded.
