Herr Hoesoh (Conservative) stated that tho British colonics' gave preferential treatment to Groat Britain, to tho detriment of Gorman agriculture industry. Their trade verged on "most favoured nation treatment." and should no longer bo extended by Germany without reciprocity. Dr. Dclbpuck (Department of tho Interior) maintained that it was advisable to make concessions to Canada because these wero advantageous to Germany's general trade relations with the British Empire.
