REMARKABLE DISCLOSURES. By Telegraph—Press Association—C.opyrighl London, November 29. The "National Review," in somo remarkable disclosures, alleges that tho Radical party invested £G6,000 in March and April, 1911, through Mr. Fenner, a stockbroker, apparently ill anticipation of Coronation honours. By July, 1912, Fenner had stolen £70,000. but he was allowed tn remain in business until ho squandered £1-10,000. It will be remembered that at tho Marconi inqiiry on June 5 last Mr. Salninan gavo evidence on behalf of Mr. Fenner. a bankrupt stockbroker to the effect that Lord Murray of Elibank (late Chief Government Whip and Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury 19101912). purchased on April IS, 2500 American Marconi shares at £3 55., in addition to those ho had purchased through Sir Rufus Isaacs. This disclosure, which was made accidentally through the bankruptcy of Fenner, caused a sensation.
