BODY OF A MURDERED MAN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyriaht Porth, November 21. Richard Thomas Williams, a settlor at Warroons, disappeared about tho niiddlo of Sept-ember. His body has been found buried a few inches below tho surface, closo to liis residence. The skull was battered in. Tho man Odgors, who shot Mrs. Molyncaux at North Daurauup on October' 6 last, worked for Williams. Early in October he sold a horse, cart, and rifle belonging to Williams, and gavo a receipt in tho name of Williams. Tho facts of the Molyneanx tragedy show that Mrs. Molyneanx, during the absence of her husband, wa3 paid attention to by Odgers. Subsequently the Molyneauxs removed to another district. Odgers, learning of their whereabouts, borrowed a rifle and ammunition onil visited Molyneaux's house. He demanded to see tho wife, but tho husband warned lior /to escape. Then, after a struggle with OdgorS for the rifle, the husband himself lied with his two children. Odgors fired two shots at them without doing any harm. After Several shots had been heard, Molyneanx'and a neighbour relumed to tlie house and found lira. Molyneanx shot dead. Odgers had disappeared, but was discovered a mile from tho scene of the tragedy, shot through the mouth, his jaw Iwing fractured. ll© bad apparently attempted to Tafco his own life. He was removed to tho hospital. His injuries were not serious.
