Mr. M'Kejuia (Homo Secretary), Mr. Runqiman (Education), and Mr. Birrell (Chief Secretary for Ireland) aro definitely opposed to this, believing that tho Ulstormeii will yield if sufficient force is available. Mr. Asquith i (Prime Minister) has not revealed his personal opinion. The Ulster Volunteer Force is now 90,000 strong. THE THREE BILLS. MR. REDMOND AS A PROPHET.
