i MAKES RAROTONGA ON TIME. Tho Union Company yesterday received a further wireless message via Chatliam Island station, from JLM.S. Moana, now bound from Wellington to San Francisco, Btathig that her captain anticipated reaching Rarotonga yesterday, The message was dispatched from the steamer on Monday 'night, and was received at the local office of .the compnny yesterday morning. The Moana's steaming has therefore been very satisfactory, and if anything contract time has been bettered.
