POISON MISTAKEN FOR MEDICINE (By Telezraph.—Press A£sooiatlon.) Dunedin, November 18. *At an inquest on the body of Robert Chalmers, who was killed through taking a poisonous mixture in mistake for influenza medicine, a verdict \of accidental death was returned, + he circumstances being such that n.o blame was attachable to anyone. The Coroner said lie would'call the attention of the Minister of Justice to the open sale of 'the' poisonous mixture, and the necessity for bringing it under the provisions of the Poisons Act.FOXTON FATALITY. Foxton, November 18. At the inquest touching the death of Raymond Andresen, who was taken ill whilst driving a cab, a verdict was returned that death was caused by the bursting of a blood-vessel on the brain. ' ARTILLERYMAN HURT. George Morton, ail artilleryman, was thrown from his horse in Victoria Street yesterday. Ho received concussion of the brain, but the Hospital authorities reported last night that he was progressing satisfactorily.
