Dunedln, November 10, A well-attended meeting of tho Drivers' Union was held, on Friday night, and it is stated matters took a fairly lively turn on more than ono Occasion. Th© position was discussed at length and it was decided, to issue no ibstrue' turns to -members as to handling cargo discharged by Arbitration labour, each member being allowed to act on his own discretion. It is understood that a motion was proposed in favour of secession' from tho Federation of Labour, but that it was defeated. '
