Beiliss, acquitted of the murder of the boy Yuchchinsky, has received hundreds of visitors and congratulations. An American imprcssario has offered Beiliss music hall engagements in European cities. Tho Duma, by 152 votes to 92, rejected tho appointment of a committee to draft a Bill proposing to confer equal civil rights upon Russian Jews.
