Ulster,, which largely arose through fear and ignorance. He admitted that tho ■ loyalists in the province were entitled to fear what might happen. , MR. ASQUITH'S INVITATION. (Rec. November 13, 10.30 p.m.) London, November 13. Sir John Simon (Attarnoy-Genoral), speaking at Manchester, said'that thore was a hope that Mr. Asquith's patriotically received, might lead to patriotically reecived, might load to some solution of tho Ulster problem, and remove the Irish question from the realms of controversy.
