The Italian Ambassador (the Marquis Imperiali) presented' the Italian Society's medal -to ihe relatives of tho Scott. • party.

Lord Curzon read Professor David's greeting on behalf of himself and the iuawson expedition.. Mr. Priestly, geologist, lectured on the northern party's experiences.
