DELEGATES' ACTION CONFIRMED
The position in regard to the seamen remains unchanged. Mr. W. T. Youug (secretary of the Wellington beam-en's Union), when lie was interviewed yesterday, handed to a reporter a copy of the resolution (calling upon seamen to 2-1 hours' notiee at tlio linal port of. discharge) which was published in Tu.e Dominion yesior-tlay.
