The super-Dreadnoughts Kaiser and Konig Albert, two of the. newest Gorman battleships, aro leaving for a cruise in the Atlantic at the beginning of December next.. They will visit the West African Colonies, and also show tho German flag in South American waters. Foreign observers aro puzzled to know what is behind this change in Germany's traditional naval policy.
