BRITISH TERRITORIAL FORCE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, November 7, Sir Arthur Lawloy, an ex-Governor of Western Australia, speaking at a demonstration at Hull in connection with Lord Roberts's military service campaign, declared, "Our Homo defence force is a counterfeit thing of shreds and patches." Ho said he hoped Sir Robert Lucas-Tooth's patriotic example in donating £5000 to the nucleus of a fund for extending and stimulating boy organisations would find many followers.
