MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M., presided at Saturday's sitting of the Magistrate's Court. For insobriety Frank Arnold was fined £2. Daniel Hegarty was accused of having committed an indooeht a«t en Ijambtoii Quay on November 1. He admitted the charge and was fined £4, in. default 21 days' imprisonment. Walter Watson was fined £3 for having used obscene language in-' Tory Street.
