THE ATTEMPT TO OVERRIDE IT. Delegates to the Industrial. Oorppration of New Zealand considered a phase of the strike question at their annual meeting yesterday, and a resolution was carried in ;tho following terma: — "That this conference of tho Corporation of New Zealand Industrial Associations views. with concern the evident attempt and desire on the part of a minority of labour leaders to override all law and order. The conference calls upon the Government to take such steps as are necessary to preserve the liberty of action of every person in the lawful and peaceful prosecution of his business. '. The conference feelß sure that all employers atd the vast majority of the workers will strongly support such action."
