RESTRICTIONS PARTLY LIFTED. After consultation with Dr. Valintino, Chief Health Officer, who is now .ii Auckland, tho Hon. R. H- Rhodes, Minister of Public Health, has decided that : restrictions 011 Natives travelling in tho Waikato, Thames., Goromandel, Waihi, and Bay ,of Plenty districts are to bo lifted entirely, but Natives cannot travel north of Mcrcor or south of Ei'oa without permits.. Iu the rest of Auckland health district tho restrictions aro lifted, but iio travelling is to bo allowed 011 trains or steamers without permits,. Free, travelling to Auckland of Woffiilgti , n l is%liUS'''Stb|)ptK3/ Maoris or half-Castes can attend school. .
