Mr. .Shields, Mr. M'Keowen, Mr. Digby, Mr. Morris, and others. What Referees? Mr. Duncan proposed ''Tho Winning Teams," remarking that tho players had got into another rut. Thistle), who were tho only team to train properly, had. won the Leagilo for thd first time, and Diamonds had-also won tho Second Division for tho first time. The school teams played at a disadvantage, the Techincal team being too good nnd having a runaway victory. Mr. Duncan . then made somo stroiig remarks as to tho selection of referees.
