RIFLE SHOOTING.
SUBURBS CLUB. The Wellington Suburbs Defence Rifle Club (Wednesday squad) fired a teams' match (10 men a-side) against a team representing tho New Zealand Defence Staff Club yesterday afternoon at Miramar, at ranges of 500 yards and 600 yards. Next Saturday a practice will bo held at Miramar. Tho club's No. 1 team leaves for Masterton on Saturday to engage iii a teams' match with tho Opaki Riflo Club. Tho following members will constitute tho team:—Hunt, Smart, J. L. Turner, Whiteman, Boon, Homer, Price, Fisher, Barkley, Evans, Snelling, Fellinghain, and the president (C. R. Graham). The following are tlio scores of the teams' match:—
