SEASIDE "BACH" WHARES
DISORDERLY CONDUCT COM. PLAINT FROM EASTBOURNE. Serious' complaints have reached thai Eastbourne Borough Council with r<n gard to the conduct of oertain "baclj"' establishments which have caused of-i fence to peace-loving folic in tho seasidei suburb. In a letter to the council the Rev. I. Sola takes strong" objection to the practice in vogue by persons of both sexes of strolling about in v cam-' pany, clad in tho scauty costume dasigned primarily for sea-bathing.
Tlio writer also complained of dis-* orderly proceedings on some of the wharves. "My feelings," lie said, "are warmly reciprocated in this matter b.yi many, other residents of the bay."
