v . —: OVER NAVAL POLICY MATTERS. (By Telegrasli'.—Pr«63 Association.) Auckland, October 14. The chairman of the Harbour board, Mr. J. H. Gunson, stated to-day that the board is becoming concerned as to naval arrangements for tho Dominion. No definite information as to policy has been received, and, as the question is one which vitally affects Auckland, it js thought that tho board was justified in pushing tho matter. Important proposals nave been submitted to the Government, and the board hoped that tho scheme which it bad propounded would be seriously considered. ■
