V CUTTING UP THE OLD GROUNDS. For twelve'years the Day' 3 Bay pleasure grounds have been one of Wellington's favoured seaside resorts and picnic grounds, and it is not without some'regret that it is learned that the grounds are to bo cut up for residential sites.
