COURT OF APPEAL.
PARTIES ADVISED TO ARRANGE. His Honour Mr. Justice Cooper heard argument in the adjourned _ case of Palmer v. Palmer, an application respecting the costs of administering an estate. His Honour advised the parties to endeavour to arrive at some mutual arrangement, and the case was adjourned with that in view. The matter will be brought up again in Chambers.
