SUPREME COURT. THREE TROUBLEBOME PERSONS. William Collins, aged 22 years, Walter Wakefield, nineteen years, and William Fredorick Letheby, sovemoen years, appeared before his Honour Mr. Justico Chapman, for sentence for having broken, entered, and stolen bicycles at Marton. The tyio had been before the Court ou the previous Saturday, and His Honour had deferred sentenco in order that he might consult the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout). In finally disposing of the matter, His Honour was brief. "I havo," ho said, "considered what I ought to do in your case, and I can only regard you as troublesome members of tho community. You seem inclined to a dishonest course. I do not, however, regard your thefts as of a serious kind. You are each of you sentenced to two months' imprisonment without hard labour."
