This season, it is stated, gives promise of being a record one for tho AVellington Bowling Club, and given fino weather a largo gathering is anticipated on Snturday next,"when the president, Mr. Donald M'Lean, will declare the season open. A special invitation is extended by the - directors to all lady friends.
The following players will represent Thorudon Bowling Club on Saturday:— At Kelburne preen: Murdoch, H. Smith, C. Barraud, Chittey (s.). At Victoria Club's green: Upham, Arden, M. Clark, Hatch (s.).
