ASSOCIATION.
. AUCKLAND & WELLINGTON. Tho Auokland touring team arrived in Wellington from the south by tho Mararoa yesterday morning. According to their manager, Mr. Philip, the team which is to meet Wellington on Newtown Park to-day is a strong one. The match is to commence at 3 p.m. Following are tho teams:— Auokland —C. Bennett, Robert, Walwork, Hodson, Shepherd, M'Laron, Pitkin, Davis, Boyne, Morton, and Wooley. Wellington—Goal, Hollis; backs, Cross (right), Wallis (left); half-backs, Shaw (right), Roots (centre), Skinner (left); forwards, Carruthers (outsidoright), Gibson (inside-left), Hughes (centre), A. Lowe (inside-nght), Edwards (outside-right). Reserves, Shaw (Wanderers); Heath, Daley, and Vessoy.
This evening Loth teams will be entertained at dinnor by the W.F.A. Tho Aucklandcrs will leave by. the Mnin Trunk express to-morrow.
