THE COLOMBIAN CONCESSIONS TO PEARSON'S. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrtiht (Rec. September 28, 5.5 p.m.) London, September 27. The "Daily Standard" states the Colombia Government's concessions to Pearson and Son are limited to the construction of an inter-oceanic canal which will not improbably minimise the importance of tho Panama Canal.
