ADDRESS TO HIS OFFICERS. By Tolesrraph—Press Association—Oopyrislii (Reo. September 28, 6.5 p.m.) London, September 27. The King, at the termination of the army manoeuvres, addressed General French and the other officers. Ho remarked that this year's exercise entailed the employment of a larger force under ono commander than has ever before been practised in England. This served to develop that common understanding and co-operation between the different army units so.essential to success in tho field. He( was glad to notice a considerable increase in the number of aircraft. He was convinced that great strides were being made in tho practical training of all ranks.
