MEETING OF THE MANAGEMENT. Mr. R. Y. Walls presided over the weekly meeting of the Management Committee of tho Wellington Football Association last evening. Permission was granted to Island Bay fourth division team to journey to Christchurch on October 24. Matters in connection with tho visit of a Marlborough Schools' representative team woro discussed. Tho visitors will arrivo in Wellington by tho l'aloena this ovening, play l'orirua School to-morrow, and Wellington Schools' representatives on Kelbtirne Park at 1.45 p.m. on Saturday, September 27. The Marlborough team will return to Picton by tho I'atecna on Monday. Tho chairman's action in consenting to extra timo being played in the Charity Cup final last Saturday was endorsed.
