BLUES' HEAVY SCORING AT NELSON. (By Teleerapli.—Prccs Association.) Nelson, September 24. Tho New South Wales League team concluded its New Zealand tour to-dav, when they defeated tho Nelson representative team by 66 points to 2. The gamo was played in ideal weather, and in tho presence of almost 1500 spectators. Although one-sided, tho game was spectacular, the visitors giving a brilliant display of passing. Tho tackling of tho local backs was weak, and tlioy wore quito unable to withstand tho re-
peated onslaughts of tho Welshmen, who scorcd try after try in rapid succession. For tho visitors tries wore scored by: Frawley (4), O'Malley, Cubitt (3), Hordor (4), Coyne, Murray (2), Dean, and barnott, and goals were kicked by Frawloy (5). Horder, Cann, Coyne, and Curran. For Nelson, P. Byrno kicked a penalty goal. Mr. W. S. Brico,"of Wellington, was referee. Tho team were entertair.ed_ at dinner this evening, and leavo for Wellington to-morrow to catch the Sydney boat 011 Friday.
