SERVIA APPEALS TO THE POWERS.

Owing to Albanian incursions, the Government is about to reoccupy the strategic positions which the Powers compelled Sorvia to abandon. There have been several sanginuary encounters on the frontier. J Fifty wounded hove been brought to Belgrade. Servia has addressed a Note to the Powers contending that it is their duty to prevent incursions into the new Servian territory, and urging a_speody organisation of the gondarmerio for Alfiftnia. (Reo. September 22, 11.20 p.m.) Vienna, September 22. The trouble on the Albanian frontier is due to the severity of the Servian edict forbidding the North Albanian Malissori to visit the-markets at Diakova and Prizrend. A famine resulted in several places in consequence. Tho Servians imprisoned the inhabitants at Patoku and burned the town. _ Two thousand Albanian families at Diakova have'fled to the mountains.
