WORKERS MISSING UNDER THE RUINS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, September 16. A brick chimney, steel-lined, 1 and 180 ft. high, foil on the Steel Works Department of the Wortliington Foundries in Cumberland, cutting off the top of tho mill, crushing tho machinery, and enveloping the workers in the debris. Many of tho workers frantically rushed out of tlio building. There were some marvellous escapes. Scores wero injured, several badly.

Four bodies havo been found, and three persons aro missing.
