TO AVENGE MADERO.
BROTHER HEADS FRESH REVOLT IN MEXICO. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright "Times"—Sydney "Sun" Special Cables. Mexico City, September 16. Senor Raoul Madero, with'a view to avenging tlio death of his' brother, tho lato President Francisco' Madero, has launched a revolution against President Huorta. He is leading fifteen hundred men in an attack on Aguas Calientes, capital of tho State of that name, which is defended by two thousand Federal, troops. (Reo. Septembor 17, 11.15 p.m.) Mexico City, September 17. President Huerta, in a Messago to Congress, has forecasted that tho elections will tako place as soon as tho pacification of the country permits. Permission given to American vessels to remain in 'Mexican ports for a certain period ought not to bo renewed. President Huerta has declared that tho Mexican finances are sound enough to enable him to restore peace if not interfered with.
