SUBURBS RIFLE CLUB

Tho adjourned annual meeting of t'lle Suburbs Defence Rifle Club was held at tho Drill Hall on Monday evening. Mr. C. 11. Graham presided oyer 30 members. It was decided to divide tho members into two classes—A and B. Messrs. J. L. Turner, W. A. Isaac, and A. Turner were appointed a subcommittee to arrange for the holding of tho annual social at tlio end of the present month. Tlio following resolution was carried: "That tlio secretary of the club write to tho Now Zealand Rifle Executive approving of their efforts on behalf of riflo clubs, aud assuring, them of tho Suburbs Club's whole-hearted support in anything wliicli will tend .to improve riflo; shooting in. the Dominion. Mr. Frank M'Farland was elected a vice-patron of tlio club.
