Two rounds of the men's cliampionsMp of the Miramar Golf Club were played iu ideal weather, and with the links in. first-class order. Tlio results were at under:—M. W. Horton beat E. H. Liddlo, 2 up and 1 to play: B. L. Taylor won from W. E. A. Gill by default; R. L. D. Kidston beat R. G. Scott, o and 4: A. Erskino beat W. I'. Wynyard, 3 and 2. In tho semi-final, Horton beat Taylor, 5 and 4; Kidston beat Erskine, 6 ajid 5. Tho filial will be played next week-end. During tlio afternoon .B. Simpson, the club professional put up a new professional reoord for the Miramar lmks with a-score of 73. The best cards handed in for the Bogy Handicap were: R. L. D. Kidston (sor.), 2 up; F. P. Wilson (16), 2 up; C. H. Lawrence (15), 1 up; H. S. Hislop (15), all square: It. G. Scott (4), 1 doini; S. M. Hobbs (14), 1 down; G. 0. Sutton (9), 2 down; N. liobieson (9), 2 down.
