In the semi-finals in the morning A. Duncan (Wellington), who was evidently feeling tlio results of the shaking ho received in a motorcar accident in tho morning, was beaten by A. Lewis (Wanganui), two up and one to play, while W. S. Ralph (Auckland) beat J. Harold (Wanganui), 0110 up at tho 19th hole.
