TERMS FOR ENGLISH VISIT. (Bj Telear&Dh.—Pre«i AasotiMion.) Chrlstchurch,-September 15. At a meeting of tho Management Committee of the Now' Zealand Hockey Association a letter was received from ■tho English' Hockey Association, giving tho terms on which the committee is willing to send a team to Now Zealand. Theso are:—(l) Team to leavo England iu April, 1914, play 12 matches in New Zealand over a period of six weeks; (2) all fixtures and arrangements to be in "the hands of tho New Zealand Associa- . tion;.(3) all board, boat, and train ex- * penses in Now Zealand. to he guaranteed by tho New Zealand Association, and after paying match expenses the balance of gate receipts to. bo paid to the touring account, into which the English Association pay a sufficient sum to cover tho boat fares between New Zealand.' When tho tour is completed, tho balance in the bank is to bo divided as under: —(1) All board, boat, and train expenses in-New Zealand to bo paid; (2) boat fares from England to New Zealand-and back to bo refunded pro rata; (3) any balance to ho divided equally between the English and New Zealand Associations. In tlio event of u deficit, tho expenses to be paid "in tho order named. A sub-committee was empowered to circularise all New Zealand Associations and ascertain their views on these proposals.
