TRIAL OF 'A WOMAN-JUDGE AT A LOSS. ' By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Tucson (Arizona), Sept. 8. Accused of wearing an X-rays dress, a woman named Miss Claire Simpson, was arrested. Slio demanded a trial by a female jury. Being unable to Eecurd fenialo jurors, the Judge discharged' the accused, holding himself incompetent to decide whether pink tights worn under the dress were really immodest.
