PROTEST ON PRESENT BILL. (By TctofifTftph;—Spocdal OorrosponAonltJ ' Wanganul, September 9. The provision mads in the Land and Income Tax Bill, now before Parlia-. ment, for the increase of tho graduated tax on the incomes of .companies,_ is viowed with disfavour in Wajiganui by the Employers' Association, which resolved last evening to forward a protest against the proposal to tlio Prime Minister and the Minister for Finance.
