NEW SOUTH WALES PARLIAMENT.
* STATE OF PARTIES HASTENS ; ITS TERMINATION. By Telesraph—Press Association—CopyTlnlil Sydney, September 5. The "Herald" predicts that, owing to the deatli of Mr. Kelly, member for tho Lachlan, and tho consequent critical state of parties, there will be an early and abrupt termination of the State Parliamentary session. Mr. Holman, tho Premier, says the "Herald," vouchsafed lio reply to a question in tho Assembly as to whether ho was in n position to contradict persistent .•statements that the session was going to end next week. Mr. Wade's question as to whether the Government intended to issue a writ for an election for tho vacant seat also failed to draw any information. The "Herald" adds: "It is understood a meeting of tho caucus has issued a ukase to the Ministry that, in view of the closeness of tho members of the parties, Parliament should close without delay."
