There is a large gathering of Royal personages at Sigmaringen, including the Princo of Wales, for the wedding of ex-King Manoel of Portugal to Princess Augusta Victoria of Hohenzollern. The wedding takes placo next Thursday. _ Cardinal Natto mil conduct tho marriage. King Georgo V and Queen Mary sent seven silver dinner dishes, and Queen Alexandra sent a gold loving cup. Lisbon, September 3. Extraordinary secrecy is being maintained regarding the wedding presents to bo sent by I'ortugucso Loyalists to King Manoel. The Carbonarios threaten that exKing Manoel's present to tho bride —a diadem studded with two thousand diamonds and emeralds, and which is being mado in Lisbon —shall never reach its destination. They maintain a constant watch on tho shop where the gift is being manufactured. Tho jewellers havo requested Government protection.
