FALL FROM SCAFFOLD. • Wm. M'Nicholl ( a plasterer, was admitted to' the hospital yesterday morning, suffering from injuries to his back, sustained through a fall from a scaffolding at Messrs. James Smith and Sons' new building in Cuba Strot.' ACCIDENT ENDS FATALLY. (By Telegraph— Press Association.) Dunedln, August 18. Patrick Hogan, an old man, who was adtaitted to the hospital on August 8 suffering from a fracture of tho leg, sustained through a rafter falling on him from a building, in course of demolition, died in the institution yesterday.
